Detection and modification of confusing color combinations for red‐green dichromats to achieve a color universal design

Color‐vision deficiency is a relatively common genetic condition, which often leads to the obstruction of necessary information in colored images. It is important to minimize such inconvenient effects in communication using colored images from a universal design perspective. The universal design principle stipulates that all environments and products should be usable by all people, regardless of age, physical attributes, and ability. This article proposes a method to detect color combinations in a given image that would confuse color dichromats, and suggests a way in which to modify them to make the image easily distinguishable for both normal and dichromatic observers. Confusing color combinations were detected based on a color‐difference calculation using simulations of how the color would appear to dichromats. The confusing colors were then modified based on the minimization of an evaluation function, which was defined as the sum of the degree of confusion and the degree of color change from the original image. Several colored images obtained by the proposed method were compared with the originals by red–green dichromatic observers who judged them to be clearer, thereby confirming that the proposed method was effective for color rendering for universal design. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 利用光学衍射原理，研制成了光纤光栅衍射屏，并与计算机神经网络相结合，开发了了一种识别立体形状的视觉系统。本文介绍了光纤光栅的设计原理及计算方法，给出了系统的总体结构及工作原理，完成了三棱 柱，三棱锥、四棱柱，四棱锥和球等立体形状学习与识别，并讨论了实验结果。     

一种弧焊机器人实时激光扫描视觉系统

研制了一种小型高精度弧焊机器人实时激光扫描视觉系统，对其各项性能进行了测试，并进行了抗电弧光干扰试验，结果表明，此系统精度高，抗干扰能力强，检测范围宽，能广泛地应秀于机器人和自动化焊接中。     

Linear variational principle for convex vector maximization

For infinitely dimensional convex vector maximization problems, it is proved that there exists, under certain conditions, an arbitrarily small additive perturbation of the performance criterion by a linear continuous operator such that the perturbed problem has efficient solutions. Comparative study on adaptive rational macromodels of highly resonant structures

Two macromodeling techniques using rational bases are investigated to accurately predict the natural frequencies of highly resonant microwave structures. Three methods are proposed and compared to calculate pole‐free solutions to the Thiele continued fraction and vector fitting pole‐residue models of the characteristic equation det[Z(s)]. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 一种识别薄板对接接头的视觉方法

对薄板紧密对接接头的识别问题进行了深入的分析，提出了由照明、自适应局部特征提取、全局特征识别和验证融合在一起的视觉识别方法。它克服了电弧光的干扰，识别结果可靠，可以有效地解决薄板紧密对接接头识别这一难题。     

用傅里叶变换计算单缝衍射的光强分布

现代光学和通讯理论由于引入了傅里叶变换的方法，使计算光学系统和通讯系统的物像的对应关系简洁、清晰。该文用傅氏变换计算长为２ａ、照度为Ａ的均匀缝光源在观察面上的光强分布为Ｉ（ｘ）＝│Ｅ（ｘ）│＾２＝ＡＡ＾２ａ＾２（ｓｉｎ２πｆａ／２πｆａ）此方法也可运用于矩形孔、圆孔等。     

水文化研究的现代视野

水文化与人类文明同步。与水文化作为母体文化的传统优势相比,现代水文化研究的冲击力显得极其不足。应该在现代文化的视野下寻找水文化研究更为宽阔的出路。现代水利科技是水文化的主体,水资源短缺的危机为现代水文化提出了挑战;水与经济互动发展拓展了现代水文化的空间;农村饮水安全问题使水文化与人文素质相互渗透;农村水库生活与和谐社会建设为水文化提供了新的诠释。     

SVPWM三相电压型逆变器的仿真研究

以三相电压型逆变器为基础,根据空间矢量脉宽调制（SVPWM）基本原理详细分析研究了电压矢量作用时间和扇区分配问题,以α-β坐标为基础,建立了互差π/3的x-y-z时间坐标系,提出了不同扇区矢量作用时间长短根据期望极值判断的原则。介绍了MATLAB中M文件编程的仿真方法,建立了MATLAB程序嵌入式主要功能模块,逆变器采用数字PID控制,利用Simulink对系统进行了综合仿真分析及试验,给出了仿真及实验波形,为实现SVPWM逆变器的数字控制提供参考。     

无线ILC系统测控信号延时效应补偿方法

针对通过无线信道进行测控信号传输的远程迭代学习控制( ILC)系统,研究信号传输延时对控制系统性能的影响.分析了测控信号延时情况下ILC系统的收敛性问题,通过引入预控制向量,提出了ILC系统信道延时效应补偿的向量更新方法.数值仿真结果表明了所提方法的有效性.
